She tasted it and said it tasted like cigarette butts and asked for a new cup. Wife ordered decaf coffee which she waited for as they had to brew a fresh pot.
Most disappointing was the attitude of the manager/chef. They also bring a small glass of OJ on the side so you can pour a second one. We both ordered mimosas they bring each of us a small bottle (187ml) bottle of J Roget with a flute of OJ. Ordered the sausage and biscuits and it was terrible. Warning: VERY limited brunch menu, not a lot of entrees.
Went around 1pm on a Sunday, seated quickly. The love that Kaye and her volunteers have for the cats in their care is hugely evident every time I interact with the rescue.
